• Extended abstracts should be in MS Word or PDF formats.
• Extended abstracts should be no more than 1 page (please, see the format).
• The cover page should include paper title, abstract, author's full names, affiliations and complete addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses.
• The abstracts will be printed and distrubuted to the audience during the conference, therefore, they should have the same format. Please check (download) the format for the extended abstract from our download site.
• Please submit your papers to Dr. Huseyin Arslan via e-mail: arslan@eng.usf.edu

• Papers should be no more than 4 pages in double column format.
• Please follow IEEE Computer Society style for submission. Detailed information and style files can be downloaded from ftp://pubftp.computer.org/Press/Outgoing/proceedings/8.5x11%20-%20Formatting%20files/
• Only MS Word and PDF submission is allowed.
• Authors must complete and submit the IEEE Copyright Form with the paper (it can be faxed directly to Dr. Arslan 813-974-5250).

If you need a Visa to enter the US please apply for one as early as possible. Visa applications are now subject to a greater degree of scrutiny than in the past. For many applicants, a personal appearance interview is required as a standard part of visa processing. Additionally, applicants affected by these procedures are informed of the need for additional screening at the time they submit their applications and are being advised to expect delays.
